I was very pleased to get my hearing test then the hearing aids so quickly. I had a single old hearing aid and I needed two. I am in my 90's and my hearing is poor. The two new hearing aids a re a great improvement. My experience with Jennifer and with her office staff was wonderful. Professional and competent describe it well. I just wanted to say that we (my sister Deb and I ) really enjoyed your and Karen's presentation and the information was very helpful. We are trying to support our Dad, who is 90 and looking after our Mom, who is 89 and struggling with dementia. We will follow through with the suggestions and share them with our Dad.

I went online looking for a hearing aid service that could go to my 95 year old mother’s extended care home. I came across Hear at Home, and they were fantastic! They made the whole process very easy, provided an excellent assessment and plan Including follow up, and recommended the perfect hearing aid solution for my mother’s needs. Many thanks to Jennifer who went above and beyond with her customer service! My mother was hospitalized after breaking her hip. She relied on her hearing aids to hear what doctors and physiotherapists were telling her. Unfortunately one of the hearing aids stopped working. I dropped the aid off at the Hear at Home office on a Friday afternoon. The following day Jennifer had fixed it and offered me to pick it up that evening at her home (I couldn't pick it up during office hours), otherwise we would have had to wait til Tuesday. Then on Sunday we were having difficulties getting that hearing aid to stay in her ear. Jennifer had me bring it back to her home Sunday evening to make some adjustments. Its very impressive that Jennifer went out of her way, on her days off, to help my mother in a time of need. Thank you so much, Jennifer, you rock!
