							Hearing loss can be a tricky subject to address with elderly folks.  I’ve had a hard time getting my parents on board - at first they seemed in denial and then afraid of the cost.  I finally got them to agree to a test and Jennifer came this week.  Her professionalism and patience were so appreciated.  She is very sensitive to the feelings of those with hearing loss - elderly or otherwise.   Her extensive knowledge and years of experience as well as her kind and empathetic nature made the process much better than I anticipated.  And the unique service or coming to the hone makes such a difference for those with mobility issues.  I highly recommend Jennifer and the team at Hear at Home.

Both my husband and I are so pleased with the services we received [exceptional] from Hear at Home.  The quality of the hearing aids are excellent as is Jennifer's knowledge of her work. She and all her staff are caring, helpful, friendly people and this attitude came across on our first contact with them: people first-always.  And it's been consistent.
