From start to finish Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic provided exceptional and timely service. Jennifer Abbott suggested hearing aids that were appropriate for my 101 year old mother. The attention to detail was outstanding as Jennifer included a clip and cord that attached the two hearing aids together which helps to prevent the aids from being lost if they fall out or the user takes them out. This is crucial in a care home. Proper instructions for inserting and removing were given and we wrote up instructions for the staff with photos. The Hear at Home support person, Emma was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this service for anyone with mobility issues.

Our first contact with Jennifer was for a hearing assessment for my 90 year old Mum. Mum was able to be assessed in the comfort of her recliner in her own home and didn't have to make numerous trips to a clinic. Jennifer was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to offer us a wide range of hearing aids. Follow up has been very good as Mum has needed setting changes as her hearing declines. Jennifer also provides monthly checks and cleaning at Mum's retirement home. With a family history of deafness on both my parents sides I decided to have Jennifer assess my hearing in my early 60's. She impressed on me that it is better to get hearing aids earlier than later as hearing is not just about volume but also speech recognition and once that declines it can't be recovered. I was fitted with the most up to date technology with recharging batteries and blue tooth capability. Follow up was excellent. I have on numerous occasions recommended Jennifer to friends and would highly recommend her to others who are experiencing hearing loss.

Hear at Home provides exceptional mobile service that is both dependable and quick. My father's broken hearing aid was replaced in just over 1 week, and Jennifer visited his care home to ensure it fitted properly, tested his hearing and adjusted both hearing aids for optimal performance. She is very kind and caring with her clients, and took the time to explain every step of the procedures to my Dad when conducting the hearing tests and adjustments. After my family noted that they had to repeat things to me and I had also noted that I was missing parts of conversations, I contacted Hear At Home for assistance. I encountered professional, friendly and personalized service which included a hearing assessment, education on hearing loss and a review of hearing aid options. I found out that my hearing loss was limited to one ear and I was fitted with a hearing aid that is so small that it is almost invisible! I can now hear much better in social and work situations and would highly recommend Hear At Home for its exceptional service!

Jennifer, was a real life saver when mom lost one of her hearing aids while at the hospital. Jennifer came to mom's bedside, took measurements of mom's ears and ordered a new set of hearing aids. Mom is very happy with both Jennifer and her new hearing aids! After mom returned home, Jennifer visited us at home and checked on mom. Recently, Jennifer visited us again and checked on mom's hearing aids and gave mom another hearing test. While examining mom's ears, Jennifer discovered wax build up, and made the suggestion to see our doctor for an ear flush. We would not of known about the wax, if Jennifer had not examined mom's ears. Jennifer has taken the stress out of both the management of mom's hearing and the maintenance of her hearing aids. We can not thank you enough Jennifer!
