I went online looking for a hearing aid service that could go to my 95 year old mother’s extended care home. I came across Hear at Home, and they were fantastic! They made the whole process very easy, provided an excellent assessment and plan Including follow up, and recommended the perfect hearing aid solution for my mother’s needs. A week after my mom arrived from Germany, one of her Signia hearing aid stopped working and left us scrambling trying to find any option to allow mom to take part in all the Christmas experiences. We were so lucky that our first call was to Jennifer at Hear @ Home.
Not only did she squeeze us into her super busy schedule the same day to check on the hearing aid, she also coordinated with the Signia rep to get it replaced under it's international warranty when it was clear that it was broken.
She went above and beyond when she invited us to come in one more time to offer my mom a loaner hearing aid for the holidays.
I am so grateful that Jennifer has been so thoughtful, proactive and kind and ensured that my mom would not miss out.
I will go for my own hearing test in the spring and will send everyone I know into her capable hands.

Many thanks to Jennifer who went above and beyond with her customer service! My mother was hospitalized after breaking her hip. She relied on her hearing aids to hear what doctors and physiotherapists were telling her. Unfortunately one of the hearing aids stopped working. I dropped the aid off at the Hear at Home office on a Friday afternoon. The following day Jennifer had fixed it and offered me to pick it up that evening at her home (I couldn't pick it up during office hours), otherwise we would have had to wait til Tuesday. Then on Sunday we were having difficulties getting that hearing aid to stay in her ear. Jennifer had me bring it back to her home Sunday evening to make some adjustments. Its very impressive that Jennifer went out of her way, on her days off, to help my mother in a time of need. Thank you so much, Jennifer, you rock!
